1. Introduction

These Terms of Business set out the basis on which Made Simple Finance Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides commercial finance brokerage and introduction services to business clients (“you”, “your”).
We operate exclusively in the unregulated commercial finance market. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

2. Our Services

We act as a commercial finance broker and/or introducer. Our services may include:

• Introducing you to potential lenders or finance providers
• Assisting with application information
• Supporting communication between you and a lender
• Helping you identify suitable finance options

We do not provide advice on the suitability of financial products. You are responsible for deciding whether a finance product meets your business needs.

3. Unregulated Status

All agreements arranged through us are wholly unregulated. This means you will not benefit from FCA protections, the Financial Ombudsman Service, or consumer credit regulations.

4. Fees

We do not charge customers any fees for our brokerage/introduction services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Commission

We may receive commission from lenders for the introduction of business.
This commission is percentage-based, calculated as a percentage of the facility or loan amount you accept.
Commission does not normally affect the total amount you pay unless your chosen lender specifies otherwise.
We will disclose the existence and nature of any commission upon request, and where required by a lender, we will ensure you sign their own commission disclosure documentation.

6. Your Responsibilities You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during your application
• Ensure all information submitted to lenders is true and not misleading
• Review all finance documents carefully before signing
• Seek independent advice where necessary

7. Data Protection

We process personal and business information in accordance with data-protection legislation.
Information you provide may be shared with lenders for the purpose of securing finance.
We do not sell or share information with third parties except where required for the provision of our services or by law.

8. Complaints

As an unregulated commercial brokerage, we are not covered by the Financial Ombudsman Service.
However, we aim to resolve any concerns promptly and professionally.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• The decision of any lender to offer or decline finance
• The terms, interest rates, or fees set by lenders
• Any losses arising from your decision to enter into a finance agreement
• We do not guarantee the availability of finance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Business are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

By proceeding with a finance application through us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Business.
